How could I flatten a butterfly for a scrapbook without all the gooey stuff?

u can find this in your kitchen…take wax paper..lay the first sheet down..put the dead butterfly on top of it…then put another piece of wax paper over the butterfly..then iron…learned that in art class back when i was in Jr high

Let the poor butterfly live! Geez, What is wrong with you? You have to kill a beautiful butterfly for your stinking scrap book??

I would suggest putting it between two pieces of tissue and letting it dry out for a day or two, then press it between the pages of a book, if you don’t have to have it immediately. And, may I say eew?

put it some where warm till it drys out then carefully place it on sticky back plastic an add to scrapbook
